iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ex China ETF

EMXC - Emerging market stocks
EMXC seeks to track the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets ex China Index, which contains the stocks of companies from emerging markets excluding China. Investments in the fund are appropriate for those seeking long-term growth and diversification from developed markets. Investments in emerging markets stocks are riskier than investments in developed markets stocks, due to political uncertainty and currency fluctuations in addition to equity market risk.
EMXC isn’t eligible for Tax-Loss Harvesting, since we can’t find a viable alternate fund.
